About 72Hours of Prayer
72 Hours of Prayer is more than a gathering—it is a divine commission and a clarion call from God to gather His Prayer Agents for seventy-two continuous hours of worship, intercession, biblical teaching, and spiritual impartation. We believe God is calling a generation of believers to stand watch, seek His face, and be strengthened for the assignments that lie ahead.
What began over six years ago in Chicago, Illinois, as a burden to pray has become a movement committed to cultivating, equipping, and developing Prayer Agents who will faithfully serve God in their homes, churches, communities, cities, and nations. Every hour is intentional. Every gathering has purpose. Every person has an assignment.
As we look toward 2027 and beyond, we believe God is preparing a people who will carry His presence, discern the times, and respond to His voice with unwavering obedience. 72 Hours of Prayer is where we gather to be refreshed, commissioned, and united as one body before returning to the places God has assigned us. The invitation has been extended. Will you answer the call? Will you accept the charge?

Travelers attending 72 Hours of Prayer in Chicago can arrive through either of the city’s two major airports. Both airports offer convenient transportation to the city including rideshare services, taxis, rental vehicles, and public transit.
