Service Description
The Prayer Agents United Mentorship Journey is designed to guide individuals through intentional spiritual and personal development with Pastor Jackie Jones Jr. Each mentorship pathway focuses on strengthening prayer, personal growth, and leadership development through structured mentorship sessions. Participants may select a program based on their desired length of mentorship and emphasis of growth. Agents in Process-Counseling Mentorship Focus: Personal development, emotional healing, accountability, and life clarity. Agents of Prayer-Prayer & Intercession Mentorship Focus: • prayer discipline • intercession development • spiritual growth Agents of Power-Combined Mentorship of Counseling and Prayer Prayer Agents Group Mentorship 90-minute monthly mentorship gathering. Cancellation Policy
Mentorship Disclosure & Agreement (Electronic Signature) Mentorship Disclosure & Agreement As a mentee of Jackie Jones Jr., I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as part of my participation in the One-on-One Mentorship Program: 1. Session Commitment & Attendance I agree to schedule my session days and times and to show up on time. If I am more than 10 minutes late to any scheduled session without prior communication, I understand that the session will be counted as used and will not be rescheduled unless otherwise discussed and approved by Jackie Jones Jr. 2. Session Format & Delivery All mentorship sessions are conducted via Zoom. I understand that I will receive the Zoom link following confirmation of my scheduled 60-minute session. 3. Payment & Investment Agreement I agree to the financial investment associated with my selected program and understand that payment may be made monthly or in full, as agreed upon. If payment is not submitted prior to a scheduled session, I understand my session may be postponed or rescheduled based on calendar availability, unless otherwise discussed with Jackie Jones Jr. 4. Confidentiality All sessions are strictly confidential between myself and Jackie Jones Jr. No information shared during mentorship will be disclosed to any relative, associate, or third party without my consent. Likewise, I agree not to record, distribute, or share session content to protect the integrity of the mentorship relationship. 5. Personal Responsibility I acknowledge that mentorship is a collaborative process and that my growth and results are dependent upon my participation, honesty, and follow-through. Jackie Jones Jr. does not guarantee specific outcomes. 6. Non-Therapeutic Disclaimer I understand that this mentorship program is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and is not a substitute for professional mental health, legal, or financial services. 7. Electronic Signature Consent I consent to signing this agreement electronically and understand that my electronic signature is legally binding and equivalent to a handwritten signature. Please note the following: 1. No Refund Policy (or Limited Refund Window) Example: All payments are non-refundable once the program has begun. 2. Rescheduling Limit Example: Only one reschedule per month is permitted with 24-hour notice. 3. Termination Clause Either party may terminate mentorship if boundaries or expectations are violated.
